Out of the Can Film Festival are honored to announce that this year's recipient of the prestigious
“The Lifetime Achievement in Film & TV Award” Sponsored By Film Volt Ltd is awarded to an Actor, Stuntman, Producer, Director all-round Nice guy Winston George Ellis.
Winston has been acting since the late 1980`s early 90`s and started in a number of independent and Hollywood Blockbuster Movies including Batman Dark Knight and two of the Pirates of The Caribbean Movies, Winston has also worked in TV on programs such as Penny Dreadful, Dr Who and The Bill.
Winston is also known for his ongoing work with young up and coming filmmakers up and down the UK where he
spends time working with them to help develop their understanding of the Movie industry.
Out of the Can choose Winston this year for this work that he is dedicated to and continues to campaign and work towards helping the industry grow worldwide.
We are delighted that he has excepted the award that has previously been won by two Top TV personalities.
